Shipping and Delivery

We use Australian Shipping methods such as Fastway, Australia post parcel, etc. has recently expanded our platform to meet a variety of products and services. Please note that the processing and delivery times vary for different products and it arrives at different times, but rest assured, your whole order is on the way!

Processing, handling, and packaging: 1-2 weeks. Standard Delivery inside Australia: 1-2 business weeks based on the order/product location

All order deliveries adhere to standard Postal service business hours. Therefore, orders will only be delivered during weekdays between the hours of 9-5pm and deliveries will not be made on the weekend and public holidays. Furthermore, it is important to make sure that your shipping address has been entered correctly with no spelling errors and valid information. Any errors can result in lengthy delays to delivery or your order being returned to Sender. We are not liable for any delays or issues that may arise as a result of an incorrect address and this includes delivery to a wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost varies depends on the total value of your order. The shipping prices are calculated at the checkout based on the location and value of your order unless they marked as free shipping:

In some instances, an order may be delivered in separate packages for any of the following reasons:

Weight limits per package. 
An item may be slightly back-ordered and shipped a little later than the rest of the items in an order.
Because we are serviced by multiple warehouses, an order with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses due to varying stock inventory between the warehouse.

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships out we’ll send you an email with your online tracking information (if available) which you can use to track your package. If 7 business days have passed and you have not received this email from us, simply contact us at and we’ll check it out for you right away.
